How to get here:

You can arrive by car, walk or bus

The entrance to the gym is on the main road - double doors at the end but there are stairs through the gym to get down

Another option is down the hill before you reach the building, turn right and you will see a red door you can walk through

The treatment room is along the side of the red matted area by the changing rooms

Please note: You can wear shoes once in the building but please do not step on the mat in outdoor footwear
